Extension and reconstruction of Niepodległości Street in Stargard PROCEDURE 1) Proceedings with a value exceeding EU thresholds conducted under an open tender; 2) The Ordering Party will apply the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Act (i.e. the so-called reverse procedure).
