Extension and conversion of Wyden dormitory (Rhyboot association), Balgach - BKP 281.0 underlay floors Underlay floors Today the building complex consists of the residential wing with the various extensions and the separate workshop building in the north. There is one in between Connection construction. The workshops will remain intact, with partial structural interventions. The connecting building and the residential building will be completely replaced. The new building will present itself as an inviting, functional building; with pitched roof and in Solid construction. In addition to technology, storage and cloakrooms, the basement primarily includes garden and lingerie areas. The ground floor contains administration, meeting, therapy and lounge rooms, as well as the production kitchen. The dining room can be divided using partitions, so the space is available for different needs and allows for a high level of flexibility. In the single-story connecting wing between the remaining workshop building and the new dormitory the reception is located. A multifunctional lounge and the general toilet facilities are also housed here. Particularly noteworthy is the direct access from the lounge to the courtyard. There is a terrace on the connecting building planned. The two upper floors each have two living groups. A total of 20 rooms are available for residents.
