Extension of the 220/110kV Rożki station to include field no. 81 and the Rail Bridge The subject of the order is the expansion of the 220/110kV Rożki station with field no. 81 and the Rail Bridge. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Part II of the SWZ Program Functional and utilitarian. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Employer "or equivalent" in accordance joke. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the subject description orders.
