ARTE G.E.I.E. (hereinafter referred to as ARTE) is a European cultural channel, located in Strasbourg, broadcasting its programs 24 hours a day on all vectors in France, Germany and Europe, at least in French and German. ARTE G.E.I.E to Strasbourg employs 590 people on permanent contracts and 300 people regularly on temporary, fixed-term, freelance and intermittent contracts. The working languages ​​are mainly German and French. Only the 590 permanent employees will have access to the solution. The current HRIS includes the SAP ECC administrative management and payroll tool, supplemented by the UKG solution to cover the electronic safe, electronic signature and personnel file functionalities. The Abacus solution Umantis, which is not interfaced with the other tools, manages recruitment. HR development processes and data and workflows relating to skills, training and career paths are currently managed with the tools office automation. The purpose of this consultation is to extend the functional scope of the ARTE G.EI.E information system. and to offer managers and employees an interface allowing them to address different HR development themes, in German, French and English language. The services covered by the contract are defined more precisely in the functional technical specifications document.
