This Expression of Interest is in relation to the proposed supply of Bereavement Care Services to Counties Manukau DHB. These services can be summarised as follows:
-c management and care of Adult Deaths and Maternity Deaths following death until hand over to a funeral service
-c liaison with the DHB staff and departments in relation to the deceased
-c liaison with the Coroner if required
-c liaison with the family, including provision of information prior to imminent death
-c management of amputated limbs and tissue donation
-c related management of administration and information.
