Tenders are invited to fag application for export control
Short description: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the responsible authority for the export control in Norway. The Ministry treats applications and inquiries on exports of licensing goods, technology and services from Norwegian defense and technology companies. The Ministry needs a new system solution delivered as a Saa's / cloud service, where the supplier has total responsibility for the entire solution. The professional system and associated infrastructure are delivered and managed externally by the supplier. The solution must have functionality for application registration, application processing and licensing, follow-up of given license, reporting and for support for the customs date in operational license control. The department asks potential suppliers on input to the draft competition documents. We have some concrete questions. The suppliers have the opportunity to come with free input.
