Recovery using the R3 method is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). The subject of the Order is a service consisting in the removal and management - - as part of the recovery of stabilized municipal sewage sludge using the R3 method (code: 19 08 05) [hereinafter referred to as: sediments]. The sludge will be collected from the sewage treatment plant located in Łęczyca at ul. Poznańska 6, 62-051 Wiry and transported to the recovery site. Recovery using the R3 method is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587 as amended d.). 1) Maximum planned amount of sediment: 4, 900 Mg. 2) Sludge production during the contract period is estimated at 4, 900 Mg. The scope of the order was estimated based on the amount of sludge generated during 12 months preceding the estimation of the order quantity.
