Products or services: Event production The Illustrious Municipality of Coyhaique, through the Local Economic Department, calls for public bidding for the “SERVICE OF ASSEMBLY, DISASSEMBLY OF TENTS AND PRODUCTION ExPO PATAGONIA 2026”, in order to select the supplier who, according to these bidding rules, must develop the necessary activities for the correct execution of the requested service, in accordance with the current legal provisions on the matter. This document will govern this public tender in all its aspects, especially the call for public proposals, the opening of offers, the technical evaluation, the award, etc., as well as the contract generated as a consequence of it. The Expo Patagonia year 2026 will take place between February 13 and 15, 2026 in the Urban Park of the commune of Coyhaique, located on the way to Cerro Negro, in accordance with the characteristics and requirements described in the second paragraph of the technical bases
