Explosive detector equipment maintained and repaired.
The task of the winning Bidder is the repair and maintenance of 14 QS-B220HT explosive detector equipment 3-year framework contract planned from 30.01.2026. The total amount: HUF 179, 935, 803 (EUR 439, 746), of which the Customer undertakes to draw up to 80% of the amount. The above number of equipment is the number of equipment operating/in use by the Bidder at the start of the procedure, however, this number is the contract may change during its duration, the Winning Bidder is obliged to perform the contractual task with respect to the equipment available at all times. The following are part of the contractual task: Maintenance based on the manufacturer's specifications: • quarterly maintenance of the equipment maintenance schedule according to which must include: instrument housing filter replacement, desorber cleaning, filter and fine filter replacement • annual dopant replacement, replacement of calibration materials Repair: • Receiving customer error reports by e-mail and phone between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on working days • troubleshooting, starting error correction in the offer within a fixed departure time • provision of the parts necessary for the repair The task also includes the delivery of the supplies and consumables required for the maintenance and repair in case of an individual order by the Customer.
