Dive team will be composed of 6 members with the following background:



1. At least 3 to 4 members are technically trained and have an experience in technical diving;

2. Members should be Open Water Dive Instructors or Specialty Instructors specifically in Technical Diving and above;

3. At least 1 member should have relevant experience in Underwater photography and videography;

4. At least 1 or 2 members are Marine Biologist and have relevant field experience;

5. At least 1 or 2 members have relevant experience in Geophysical, and Mapping survey;

6. At least 3 to 4 members have 10 years of experience in SCUBA diving.



The Exploratory Dive Assessment will run three days (exclusive of travel time) and a one-day presentation to the LGU and stakeholders of the field report at the end of the survey. Total number of days for the project are six days (including travel time). Final output should be available 20-25 working days after the exploratory dive assessment and must include the following:



-c Provision of full videography and photography of selected dive sites;

-c Provision of sketched diagram with basic corresponding depths and point of interest, with GPS references;

-c Provision of marine ecology assessment and fish population specifics;

-c Provision of visibility, current, and tidal observation at the time of the assessment;

-c Provision of virtual representation of potential dive sites;

-c Videos, photos, sketches, soft copy of report, and other files should be placed in a 1TB external hard drive;

-c Final report should be book bound.

-c Curriculum vitae of the members

-c Certifying cards or certifications (preferably in instructorship, specialty courses and technical diving)

-c PCSSD accreditation ID or certification

-c Alien certificate of registration card (applicable for foreign nationals)

-c Alien employment permit (applicable for foreign nationals)

-c Working VISA (applicable for foreign nationals)
