The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor invites qualified contractors to submit a lump sum Tender for rehabilitation of the main swimming pool at the Exploits Valley YMCA. The Work includes a complete commercial reinforced membrane resurfacing system, replacement of specified through wall hydraulic fixtures, associated concrete and deck restoration, integration of Owner supplied automatic water level control equipment, testing, commissioning and closeout. The Work shall be completed during the YMCA's scheduled shutdown period between November 15, 2026, and December 19, 2026. The successful Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, travel, mobilization, tools, temporary works and incidentals necessary to complete the Work, except items specifically identified as Owner supplied or excluded.
