This consultation aims to make it possible to designate the assignee of a framework operating agreement for tourist public transport services on the territory of the commune of Huez during the winter and summer opening periods of the Alpe d'Huez station. In this context, the Returned tenderer will ensure the operation of the transport service (carrying out the transport service via the supply / maintenance / maintenance of shuttle vehicles with drivers and all associated services in the event of the use of hybrid vehicles) and will be responsible for user information of the service which is not dissociable from transport services (design of plans, schedules of the public transport network, integrating the display of schedules to stops or other places in the territory) and implementation and monitoring of a website dedicated to public transport from the commune of Huez.
