The subject of procurement are expert services related to electricity planning, which the Client acquires during the framework arrangement period with separate Orders for various and different-sized non-identified projects related to onshore and offshore wind power. The assignment may also concern solar energy. Purchase nohde is described in more detail in appendix 1 Service description.
The procurement is divided into sub-areas 1-4.
1. Overall service, (service description tasks 1. - 4.), 3 framework contract suppliers
2. General planning and approval of the power line (tasks 2 and 3 of the service description), 2 framework contract suppliers
3. Pre-planning(service description tasks 1), 2 framework contract suppliers
4. Other services (tasks 4 of the service description), 2 framework contract suppliers
Partial offers are allowed as follows:
- If the offeror submits an offer for sub-area 1 Overall service, the offeror cannot offer for sub-areas 2. - 4.
- If the offerora does not submit an offer for sub-area 1 Overall service, the bidder may submit an offer for one or more sub-areas 2. - 4.
The framework arrangement period is valid for a limited period of two (2) years, after which the Subscriber is entitled to two (2) option years.
