Purpose and background of the procurement Keminmaa Vuokra-asunnot Oy is requesting a quote for expert services regarding the technical preparation of the demolition work for the rental house property located at Lampitie 3, Keminmaa, demolition mapping, bidding for harmful substance mapping, preparation of conditional bidding documents for the demolition work, and compilation of Varke's demolition assistance application. The property's leases have been terminated at the end of 30.9.2026 and the buildings will be emptied and cooled during autumn 2026. The property's ARA use and transfer restrictions will end in January 2027. The demolition grant application will be submitted to Varke (the center for state-supported housing construction) after the restrictions end in January-February 2027. The bidding process for the demolition contract will be carried out conditionally in spring 2027.2.
