The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces requests your offer for the conclusion of a two-year (2) contract for emission calculation and reporting expert services for the period June 1, 2026-December 31, 2027. In addition, the procurement contract includes two option years for the periods 1.1.2028-31.12.2029. The start date of the contract period, 1 June 2026, is the earliest possible start date. The contract can be signed and the operation can only start after the approved safety clearances. The professional services that are the subject of procurement are concentrated for emission calculation and reporting and for the development of emission reductions in the operations of the Defense Forces. The work includes, among other things, evaluating the following areas:- Energy consumption (excl. property energy)- Transportation and logistics (vehicles, shipping, aviation, personnel travel, maintenance)- Procurement and projects (emissions during the manufacturing phase, transportation and during the life cycle)- Recycling of materials and waste management The goal of the service is to support the use of the Defense Forces' emission data in decision-making, in setting goals and monitoring. From emissions calculation and reporting, we expect reliable, consistent and transparently documented information that is repeatable and comparable between different reporting periods.
