Tii has a requirement to establish a panel of experienced professionals to provide ad hoc specialist services for its projects as considered necessary. Tii--s objective is to establish a standing list of senior professionals, with expertise in certain specialist fields, who can be called upon to provide tii with support as required. Tii intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system to provide a streamlined procurement route for engaging the specialist services of such individuals. For example, tii may have a requirement for steering committee member, project evaluation board member, expert witness, independent technical advisor, trainer or an industry expert.
