Expressions of Interest (EOI)
The Bank of the Cook Islands (BCI) is seeking “Expressions of Interest” (EOI) from experienced individuals to complete a functional review of our banking platform.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Strong understanding of Banking Systems and their functional and technical requirements. Experience in technical scoping and procurement processes. Proven experience in developing TORs and managing EOI/RFP processes, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Experience in coordinating and facilitating high-level committees or working groups. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Interested parties can request a comprehensive terms of reference (TOR) that details the specific requirements for this EOI via email.
