Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to provide support for the Expeditionary Warfare Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Navigation, & Electrical (C4N&E) activities. Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has been designated as the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), Systems Integration Agent (SIA), and Software Support Activity (SSA) for Air Cushion Vehicles (ACV) by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS377 J Division. In this role, NSWC PCD provides for the planning, technical solution, engineering design, development, production, deployment, configuration management, quality assurance and quality control, verification & validation, testing and evaluation, installations, and Fleet support services for ACV systems.
The Contractor shall provide support within the following work areas as specified in this PWS: Business Operations Support; Engineering Support; Technician Support; Quality Management Program Support; and Information Technology Administration Support. The resultant task order is anticipated to have a 12 month base period with 4 twelve month Option Years. The incumbent for this effort is Engility Corporation dba TASC under Seaport-e Task Order N00178-04-D-4143-HR29.
