Expansion of the Zielona Góra Road Traffic Control System along with reconstruction of the necessary infrastructure as part of the task Improving the efficiency of public transport in Zielona Góra - Stage II 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the Zielona Góra System Road Traffic Control, implemented as part of the project titled "Improving the efficiency of public transport in Zielona Góra - stage II." The order covers the expansion and extension of the functionality of the existing ITS system or the construction of a new system motion control. The scope of work includes in particular connecting traffic lights to the Central Traffic Control System, expansion of the control area, reconstruction of intersections (including roundabouts) and implementation of traffic lights enabling giving priority to public transport, building measuring stations based on video detection, expanding IT infrastructure, data transmission network, city monitoring system and retrofitting the Traffic Control Center. The purpose of the order is to improve road traffic conditions, in particular public transport, through effective traffic management and control, in accordance with applicable regulations and the Functional and Utility Program. 2.
