Tender Details

1. The subject of the investment is the expansion of the Bargwka Volunteer Fire Department station along with the reconstruction of the water supply network and the change of the location of the external hydrant. The designed facility belongs to Category XVII (trade, catering and service buildings). 2. The building being rebuilt is a fire station Volunteer Fire Department. The reconstruction and expansion of the existing part of the building is intended to add a garage for a fire truck. The existing garage will function as a warehouse. The building also has a room for preparing meals, a common room, toilet room and auxiliary room.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation and bill of quantities, hereinafter referred to as documentation. The bill of quantities attached to the SWZ is of an auxiliary nature. The contractor is obliged to: carefully checking the actual number of works against the project documentation. Due to the fact that the contract for construction works will be a lump sum contract, in the event of a larger number of works occurring during the works in any bill of quantities item, it will not be possible to are considered additional work with additional remuneration.
