INVITATION TO BID FOR
EXPANSION OF TABLE TENNIS COURT
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU, through the GENERAL FUND - SPORTS DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND THIRTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP 1, 023, 035.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EXPANSION OF TABLE TENNIS COURT in PINAMUNGAJAN, CEBU (INFRA 2604-019). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinamungajan, Cebu now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 75 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years prior the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
