The subject of the order is the expansion of the Syngo.Via system with new functionalities and the expansion of the Philips AVW 15 Enterprise platform with additional licenses, divided into 2 Parts: Part No. 1 - Extension of the Syngo.Via system with new functionalities; Part No. 2 - Expansion by providing an additional 8 simultaneous licenses for the Philips Advanced Visualization Workspace 15 system. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 2a and 2b to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (respectively for Parts No. 1 and No. 2). 3. The subject of the order will be implemented as part of the project titled "Support for the digital transformation process of UCK WUM - Central Clinical Hospital", financed by the "National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resilience", Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care", based on the agreement to cover support from the project development plan no.
