Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Lubiec in accordance with the design documentation. 2. The subject of the order was specified in detail in the technical documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and bill of quantities. The submitted bill of quantities is treated as an information document that facilitates the Contractor's valuation. The contractor may use it, but is under no obligation to do so. For determining the amount of work and how to calculate remuneration on this basis lump-sum payment is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.3. The order must be performed with due diligence, in accordance with currently applicable regulations, technical norms, standards, principles of construction practice, professional ethics and the provisions of the contract.
