EXPANSION OF THE SERVER AND MATRIX INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE RZESZÓW APPELLATION The subject of the order is the expansion of the server and matrix infrastructure of the Rzeszów appeal, to the extent and in the manner specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ). Tally technical and functional parameters along with a detailed description of the subject of the order and an assortment and quantity list are presented in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also the assortment and price form. The Ordering Party does not allow this possibility submitting partial offers. The contractor should submit an offer for the entire subject of the contract. The Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as elements main components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, did not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national law cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision.
