The subject of the order is the execution of construction works entitled: "Expansion of the road system of ul. Płk. Dąbka between the intersections with ul. Derdowskiego and ul. Andersa, together with the reconstruction of the intersections and the construction of an additional viaduct along ul. Płk. Dąbka". Material scope the subject of the order includes: 1) execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party (Annex No. 1.1), technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (Annex No. 1.2), instructions for the execution of works construction (Appendix 1.3), guidelines developed by the City Gardener's Department (Appendix No. 1.4), scheme of a support for cyclists (Appendix No. 1.5) and taking into account the instructions of point 3.6 of the SWZ; 2) obtaining an appropriate occupancy permit decision or submitting an effective notice of completion of works to the competent construction supervision authority and submitting to the Ordering Party an appropriately obtained occupancy permit or a document confirming the effectiveness of the notice; Contractor in his own determines what parts of the subject of the contract and within what time limit require obtaining such a permit or submitting a notification.
