Expansion of the road system with the construction of a tram line from the Brynów Loop to the planned Kostuchna Loop and the construction of the "Kostuchna" transfer hub 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the expansion of the road system together with construction of a tram line from the Brynów loop to the planned Kostuchna loop, along with the construction of the Kostuchna transfer hub. The subject of the order includes the tram scope implemented by Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and the road scope implemented by the City of Katowice, on behalf of and for which Katowickie Inwestycje S.A. operates, in accordance with point IV.1 of the SWZ. The execution of tram construction works carried out by Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. is co-financed by the European Union from funds Cohesion Fund under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 program as part of the task entitled "Connecting the southern districts of Katowice with the city center and the Agglomeration through the expansion of the road system along with the construction of lines tram from the Brynów Loop to the Kostuchna Loop" as part of the project entitled: "Modernization and development of tram infrastructure in the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis - Stage II".
