The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the expansion of the road system along with the construction of a tram line from the Brynów loop to the planned Kostuchna loop along with the construction of the Kostuchna transfer hub. The subject of the order is placed The tram scope is implemented by Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and the road scope is implemented by the City of Katowice on behalf of and for which Katowickie Inwestycje S.A. operates, in accordance with point IV.1 of the SWZ.
