1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the municipal road (ul. Soneczna) in the town of Bujny, Wola Krzysztoporska commune.1.1. The investment includes the reconstruction of the road in accordance with the decision to authorize the implementation of a road investment No. 1/2016 of March 9, 2016. including, among others: - construction of bituminous surface including the road construction - construction of a sidewalk, - construction and reconstruction of entrances to the property, - reconstruction of ditches.1.2. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Employer's Guidelines - Annex No. 7 to the SWZ Design Documentation - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ Technical Specification for Execution and Robt Acceptance - Appendix No. 9 to SWZ Bills of Quantities (attached as a supplement)1.3. The works should be performed in accordance with the order documentation, including SWZ and annexes, as well as the recommendations of the Employer and the Investor Supervision Inspector. The contractor is responsible for quality and compliance with technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the order.1.4. Due to the fact that the settlement of the order will be a lump sum, the bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are of an auxiliary nature.
