Expansion of the primary school in Wilczyce - stage II The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the expansion and reconstruction of the primary school building in Wilczyce - stage II and the demolition of the existing building schools together with land development and technical infrastructure and obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the final permission to use the facility. Parameters of the entire facility: 1)building area - 2586.50 m2, 2) net area - 5, 538.00 m2, 3) maximum height - 11.98 m 4) volume - 23942.23 m3, 5) number of storeys - 3. The subject of the order does not include the delivery of movable room equipment, i.e. chairs, armchairs, tables, seats, desks, shelves, office containers, carpets, sets computers, printers, multimedia boards, projectors. As part of the implementation of works in Stage II, additional works described in the study - Staging should also be taken into account. The subject of the order will be implemented in the vicinity of an active educational facility. As part of the task, the contractor should include additional security of the area. When selecting finishing materials, the contractor should refer in terms of color and style to the materials used in stage I.
