Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is construction works and other activities involving the expansion of the playground at the village hall in Kruszyn on plot No. 24/8., 2. The subject of the contract includes:, 1) delivery and assembly of 1 piece of equipment playful type of linearium (hereinafter: devicee) together with the construction of a safe zone made of a sand surface around the device; 2) delivery and assembly of 3 litter bins; 3) delivery and assembly of 1 piece of information board with regulations and graphic markings according to the pattern specified by the Ministry of National Education; 4) preparation of acceptance documentation in the form of surveysat the final inspection, 3 sets, including the preparation of the as-built geodetic inventory, including admission to the national geodetic and cartographic resource, 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in sec. 1 and 2 and in accordance with Art. 103 of the Public Procurement Law by means of design documentation and specificationsand technical execution and acceptance of construction works constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.
