Expansion of the physical infrastructure and modernization of the virtual environment in the primary location and backup location for the needs of the Digital Poland Project Center 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of physical infrastructure and modernization virtual environment in the Ordering Party's primary location and backup location, including in particular: a) delivery of devices and licenses to the primary location and the Ordering Party's backup location (Stage I); b) implementation service devices and licenses and migration of the Ordering Party's virtual environment held in the Ordering Party's primary location and backup location, in accordance with the arrangements included in the Technical Implementation Design (Stage II); c) provision of the service in warranty period; d) provision of post-implementation service. 2. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the order are specified in the Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "PPU") constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
