Expansion of network infrastructure, part I Expansion of network infrastructure, part II 1. Description of the subject of the order: 1.1. The subject of the order in the scope of Part I is: 1) the Contractor's provision of technical support from the manufacturer for the one owned by Ordering equipment, for the period: - for the equipment indicated in section 1 OPU constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 2A to the SWZ - from October 23, 2026 to October 22, 2029, - for the equipment indicated in section 2 of OPU constituting Annex No. 1 to draft contract constituting Annex No. 2A to the SWZ - from June 19, 2026 to June 18, 2029; 2) provision of technical support for equipment by the Contractor. 1.2.The subject of the order in the scope of Part II: 1) the basic order includes expansion the Ordering Party's network infrastructure by 6 pieces of equipment; 2) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, to the extent and under the terms specified in § 2 of the draft agreement constituting Annex 2B to SWZ. 1.
