Expansion of the NetApp array cluster with implementation 1. The subject of the Agreement is the expansion of the NetApp matrix cluster owned by the Ordering Party with equipment that meets the requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as IPU, (hereinafter referred to as as "Equipment") and its implementation, to the extent described in Annex No. 2 to the IPU (hereinafter referred to as "Implementation"), along with ensuring a quality guarantee for the supplied Equipment and the Implementation for a period of 36 months. 2. Detailed description and conditions implementation of the subject of the order were specified in the IPU, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the NetApp matrix cluster owned by the Ordering Party with equipment that meets the requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to Material Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as IPU, (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment") and its implementation, to the extent described in Annex No. 2 to the IPU (hereinafter referred to as "Implementation"), along with ensuring a quality guarantee for the delivered Equipment and the Implementation performed by period of 36 months. 2.
