EXPANSION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING(KITCHEN)
1. The Barangay Paraiso, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred FiftyThousand Pesos(Php150, 000.00 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EXPANSION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING(KITCHEN)at Barangay Paraiso, Cabatuan, Isabela with Project Identification Number 2026-03.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Paraiso, Cabatuan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184..
