1. The Provincial Government of Sarangani, through the AB CY 2024, 20% DF intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion of Level II Water Supply System at Purok 1 Salimama of Brgy. Datal Anggas, Alabel with Contract No. INFRA-2024-53. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Sarangani now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Fifty Two Calendar Days (52CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
