1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of network devices (active), licenses and service contracts for the expansion of the MAN Wrocław network, carried out in the form of a framework agreement. 2. The cooperation will take the form of a framework agreement, which will remain concluded with no more than 3 Contractors who submit the most advantageous offers. If only one offer is submitted, the Ordering Party will sign a framework agreement with one contractor. 3. Implementation contracts will be issued depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party, which does not guarantee the minimum scope provided for this contract in the subsequent years of the contract.
