1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the hospital PACS IT system with the "2D and 3D treatment planning" module along with technical support for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. 2. The subject of the order consists of 1 part. Detailed description of the item orders and terms of order execution are included in: 1) Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), 2) Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft contract. 3. The offered items of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. 4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin are indicated (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the order only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 Public Procurement Law 6. The Ordering Party does not impose the requirements referred to in Art. 96 of the Public Procurement Law. 7.
