The proceedings concern the program from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), as part of: 1) investment D1.1.2 accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care as part of project. 2) project: acceleration of digital transformation processes in health care at the Specialist Hospital. Stefan Żeromski SPZOZ in Krakow. 3) tasks: Expansion of hospital systems The subject of the order is the expansion of the HIS system distribution and logistics of medicines, including the purchase, delivery, commissioning of 2 sets of distribution cabinets and integration interfaces, as well as training in the use of the system and equipment. The system enables controlled distribution of medicinal products and devices medical on wards. The set of required parameters is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. Year of production - not earlier than 2025. Brand new equipment is required. Post-exhibition, reconditioned and post-demonstration items are not allowed. etc. 24-month warranty from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. Delivery time max. up to 90 days from the date of signing the contract. Periodic inspections and replacement of wearing parts every 12 months, unless the manufacturer recommends more frequent.
