Copernicus Provincial Multidisciplinary Center for Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź". The subject of this order is the expansion of the HIS system along with implementation and maintenance services. IN under the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) carrying out the Implementation of the Application Software; 2) granting a License for the Application Software; 3) granting a 36-month warranty. Detailed scope of services constituting the Subject Matter of the Agreement and the rules for their implementation, divided into Stages, are set out in Annex No. 2 - Description of the subject of the order and the Agreement and Annexes to the Agreement. Expansion of the HIS system along with implementation and maintenance services as part of the project entitled: "Development of digital services in the Voivodeship Multidisciplinary Center of Oncology and Traumatology named after "M. Copernicus University in Łódź" The subject of this order is the expansion of the HIS system along with implementation and maintenance services.
