Expansion of the high-performance cluster server infrastructure 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the server infrastructure of a high-performance cluster. 2. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party must be provided with 1 server with hard drives, equipment that will constitute the equipment of servers owned by the Ordering Party (network cards, fiber optic inserts, fiber optic cables, RAM memories), as well as access licenses to Active Directory services and access licenses to channel repositories enterprise for server virtualization software. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Clause regarding invalidation of proceedings. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure if the public funds he intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to him. 1.
