Barangay Mabbang Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE PESOS (425, 339.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the EXPANSION OF EXISTING WATER SYSTEM from Financial Assistance-Province of Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

Completion of Project is [30 days]. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
