The subject of the order is the expansion of the existing PACS Alteris system with an integration module with the Intelligent Services Platform and other functionalities - including the RIS system - along with the provision of maintenance services for the Independent Public Care Facility Health in Choszczno. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, list of tasks, deadlines and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order, payment, etc. are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "PPU"), which constitute Annex No. 3 to SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. resulting from responses to contractors' inquiries.
