The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for the expansion of the existing property Multiportal system based on WordPress technology - development, delivery and implementation of a solution that meets the set of requirements specified in this ToR in terms of technical parameters, functionality, etc. together with training and post-implementation support, hereinafter also referred to as the "System or "Application, which consists of a number of activities and a basket of products (including Author's Elements*), with the Ordering Party dividing the order into a basic order and an order covered by the option right (pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law). 1.1) The basic order includes in particular: 1.1.1) Analysis pre-implementation including technical and substantive consultations along with the development of a concept and a detailed plan for the implementation of the subject of the contract; 1.1.2) Production implementation understood as a series of activities and a basket of products in order to obtain a fully functional Multiportal System that meets requirements described in the OPZ, including website migration, creation of new functionalities, implementation training (with the possibility of organizing training in stages during the PRODUCTION IMPLEMENTATION stage and during the POST-IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT period), preparation of production launch and launch production of the System, tests, final acceptance of the System; 1.1.3) creation and submission to the Ordering Party of at least the following documents, respectively, together with the transfer of copyrights ...
