1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the expansion of the eCRF Module existing within the CWBK system. Service as part of the project entitled: Increasing the scientific and research potential of the Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Support Center GUM-ed-UCK financed in as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Component D Efficiency, availability and quality of the health system. Investment Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive development of research in the field of medical and health sciences.2. A detailed description and scope of the service is set out in the annex No. 3 to SWZ, description of the subject of the order.3. Detailed provisions regarding the performance of obligations relating to this order are included in the draft contract, Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. The subject of the order will be implemented from European Union funds under National Recovery Plan and must comply with the DNSH principle of "No Major Damage". The solutions used should be consistent with the environmental objectives of the DNSH policy.
