Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the expansion of the DWDM network in Poland for PSE S.A. 2) Description of the ordering party's needs and characteristic features of the subject of the order as well as minimum requirements regarding the subject of the order/contract implementation, which are not subject to negotiations that must be met by all offers are specified in Part II of the OPIW, however, at the stage of announcing the contract, an abbreviated description of the needs and requirements of the contract will be made available - in accordance with the provisions of Art. 18 of the Public Procurement Law. Contractors are obliged to: submitting confidentiality declarations along with an application to participate in the proceedings (templates in Part III of the OPIW). Acting pursuant to Art. 381 section 9 and 133 section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party establishes confidentiality requirements the nature of the information provided to Contractors in the course of the proceedings. The following parts of the OPIW are confidential: - Part II of the OPIW - Description of the subject of the contract; - Part IV OPIW Draft provisions of the contract. Contractors invited to participate in the next stage procedure, i.e. together with the invitation to negotiations they will receive a full description of the subject of the order (Part II of the OPIW) and the draft provisions of the contract (Part IV of the OPIW). 3) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4) The Ordering Party does not allow submission variant offers. 5) The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 6) The Ordering Party emphasizes that this procedure is being conducted under sectoral negotiations...
