The subject of the public procurement includes the implementation of: A multi-directional concept for the reconstruction/expansion/construction of the communication system in Zgorzelec in the area/impact of DK 30 from the A4 motorway junction to km approx. 3+111, i.e. together with the reconstruction/expansion/construction of other roads road managers, as a study that is mainly a result document based on actual measurements, analyzes and traffic forecasts and GPR 2025. The main point of focus of the analysis is the strategic intersection, the roundabout. Solidarnoci (km 2+086), constituting connection: national road No. 30 (direction Luba/Jelenia Gra, A4 motorway), provincial road No. 352 (direction Bogatynia), Armii Krajowej Street, exit to a large-scale commercial facility.
