The subject of the order is the expansion of the data processing center of the Court of Appeal in Krakow through the supply of servers and the expansion of disk arrays, divided into the following parts of the order: Part 1: Delivery of 2 (two) pieces of servers dedicated to AI applications. Part 2: Power expansion computing through the delivery of a blade server or the delivery of servers and equivalent blade housings Part 3: Expansion of disk arrays or delivery of 2 (two) pieces of equivalent disk arrays Delivery of 2 (two) pieces of servers dedicated to AI applications 1. The subject of the order is delivery of 2 (two) servers for AI applications. 2. The subject of the order will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party - i.e. ul. Przy rondo 3, 31-547 Krakow. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ - Technical Parameters. 4. The conditions for the implementation of the Agreement are included in the Agreement Template constituting Annex No. 8a to the SWZ. 5. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to submit together with the offer Subject means of evidence: 1) Certificate regarding the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard or equivalent for the manufacturer of the offered device; 2) EU Declaration of Conformity or equivalent for the device offered; 3) Processor test in accordance with the requirements in point 3 of Table No. 1 in Annex No. 2.1. to SWZ; 4) Document (can ...
