SUBJECT OF THE ORDER 1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the data center environment and the modernization of the network in the specialist hospital. Ludwika Rydygier in Krakow, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to these Specifications. 2.Offers that do not have the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to these Specifications. Co-financing of the order under the Project: "Development of e-medical services, digitization and improving the level of cybersecurity of medical and administrative processes related to the provision of health care services at the Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie Sp. z o. o. ". CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND HOW TO COMPLETE EVALUATION OF MEETING THESE CONDITIONS 1.
