Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the expansion of the computing platform owned by the Ordering Party for the needs of the mObywatel chatbot through the delivery and implementation of Devices together with Software at the Location and the provision of services Warranty and Technical Support for the delivered Devices and Software, in accordance with the description indicated in point VII of the OPZ or equivalent, in accordance with the description of equivalence specified in points IX-XVII of the OPZ, together with the transfer of Documentation, including Documentation as-built. 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR". 5. The contractor submits offer via the eProcurement Platform of the Public Procurement Office - https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/pl/. 6.
