1. The subject of the order is: Expansion of the computational resources of the Computer Mechanics Laboratory of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Opole University of Technology and extension of the Ansys Workbench license with a commercial license. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order has been provided included in the technical description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1. This procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law and this Specification of Order Terms, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 section 2 PPL 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage an electronic auction. 5. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit an offer in the form of electronic catalogues. 6. The Ordering Party does not conduct any proceedings to conclude a framework agreement. 7. The Ordering Party does not specify any additional requirements requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law. 8. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the order are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in the Technical Description of the Subject of the Order.
